If a refund is necessary, the amount returned will be discussed based on the circumstances.
I will only send the final product(s) after payment (half or full) is sent.
Only the commissioner or those involved may use the final product(s) unless discussed beforehand.
Sketch or lineart commissions may be rendered by other artists if so desired, however these may not be posted online.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, which are subject to change at any time without warning.

We discuss the nature of the commission and the character.
I will begin work on a simple sketch, and send it to the client to make sure we are on the same page.
After changes are discussed (if changes are requested), the client will send me the payment (we will discuss whether they will pay upfront, or pay 50/50).
I will start inking and coloring after payment is received and send progress updates if asked.
After I finish the commission, I will send the png and psd file to the client's DMs or provided email. I will also post the commission publicly. Specify if you would like your commission to be anonymous or private.
